wow... one week down. It hasn't seemed long at all. I feel so fantastic!

| THEJUICE |
· 24 oz watermelon juice
· 24 oz coconut water
· 24 oz green juice (chard/collard/cilantro/apple/celery/cucumber)
· 24 oz "supergreen" (banana/apple/spirulina/chlorella/blue-green algae/spirulina
· 16 oz "citrus celebration" (orange/grapefruit/pineapple)
· unpasteurized miso soup with kelp/dulse/hempseed oil

total - 112 oz, or .87 gallons

| THETRAINING |
· 5 laps around the gym of power endurance (40 problems)
· campus board routine for 25 minutes
· setting random problems for 20 minutes

| THEDETOX |
· coated tongue
· insane happiness/energy

· 16 oz green (kale/collard/dill/celery/cucumber/lemon)
· 40 oz melon (honeydew, cantelope)
· 8 oz oj/grapefruit/mango
· 24 oz coconut juice (thai)
· 4 oz wine ( I KNOW!!!... not juice feast worthy, but awesome, nonetheless) :)

· 8 oz beet/celery/carrot
· 16 oz apple/banana/cranberry
· 16 oz kale/pineapple/parsley/apple
· 16 oz apple/cranberry (omg... tastes just like cider)
· 16 oz pear/apple/fennel
· 10 oz spirulina/chlorella/blue-green algae/banana/apple/strawberry

total · .71 gallons (too much fruit juice probably) :)

| THETRAINING |
· no training today, we went to ATL today to meet dhru and the giveittomeraw community. It was fantastic!

| THEDETOX |
· not much... was a little spacey, but everything seemed clearer somehow. I was able to focus intensely on little things I wouldn't have even noticed before.

· tsp bee pollen
· unpasteurized miso with hempseed oil, dulse, and kelp

· CRAZY dreams... slept in until 10am, had multiple nightmares

· 8 oz ginger/pineapple
· 8 oz orange
· 16 oz pineapple/strawberry/spirulina
· 36 oz watermelon
· 24 oz chard/dill/parsley/celery/cucumber
· 8 oz ginger/pineapple
· 24 oz carrot/kale/tomato
· a spoonful of bee pollen
Total = .96 gallons!! yay :D

· 6 mile run, 3 miles @ 6.5 mph, intervals for the last 3, between 6-8 mph.


| THEDETOX |
· slept in until 1:30 pm!!!
· fuzzy teeth
· was shaky around 5ish, but watermelon juice cured that.

· 8 oz cranberry/pineapple/banana
· 8 oz miso un-soup (unpasteurized) with dulse, kelp, and hemp oil

.625 gallons (not counting soup)
:( Nowhere near enough juice. I'm trying to go for .85 gallons/day, since I'm smaller than most people, and shouldn't require a full gallon/day.

· fun day at the climbing gym... 1.5 hours just playing around with crimpers and slopers.

just doing the raw thang...

Yesterday, I walked 6 miles to meet a friend for breakfast, and ran 6 miles that evening...

Needless to say, I'm a little sore today :)

· cacao smoothie (banana, cacao, bee pollen, spring mix greens, spirulina, stevia, water)

2:00 pm
· mango pudding (mango, banana, buckwheat greens)

· 2 hours climbing, 6 laps around the gym.
