just doing the raw thang...

Yesterday, I walked 6 miles to meet a friend for breakfast, and ran 6 miles that evening...

Needless to say, I'm a little sore today :)

| THE FOOD |

9:00 am · green juice (celery, kale, parsley, dill, cucumber)

11:00 am
· cacao smoothie (banana, cacao, bee pollen, spring mix greens, spirulina, stevia, water)

2:00 pm
· mango pudding (mango, banana, buckwheat greens)



| THE TRAINING |


· 2 hours climbing, 6 laps around the gym.
